Our Copper-Zirconium (Cu-Zr) master alloy is independently vacuum-melted in our Ganzhou factory. This rare-earth-free intermediate alloy is a core modification additive for high-strength and high-conductivity copper alloys. Zirconium elements are evenly distributed in copper melt, which can effectively refine grain structure, purify molten copper, significantly improve mechanical strength, softening resistance and thermal stability while maintaining excellent electrical conductivity.

We provide standard industrial Cu-Zr grades and fully customized zirconium content solutions. With ultra-low impurity control and stable component ratio, it is widely used in high-end electrical copper alloys, precision copper parts and new copper material development fields.

Packaging & Shipment
