As a Chinese manufacturer of controlled heavy rare‑earth metals and rare‑earth master alloys, we strictly follow MOFCOM dual‑use item export‑control regulations.
We adopt vacuum melting process for our rare‑earth series products. For each shipment we can provide standardized compliance documents, helping overseas distributors and end‑users complete import customs clearance and regulatory review smoothly.
1. Rare‑Earth Supply‑Chain Traceability Statement
Batch‑wise traceability covering raw‑material source, smelting and vacuum‑melting processing records, meeting EU and overseas buyer audit requirements.
2. Civil End‑Use Supplier Declaration
Official written statement confirming our rare‑earth materials are only used for civil industry: medical implants, oil‑gas down‑hole soluble components, non‑military casting and material research; not for military, aerospace or weapon‑related applications.
3. Dual‑Use Item Export License Application
We apply for MOFCOM export license on behalf of each order. Separate small trial orders will incur fixed compliance costs. Annual bulk‑framework orders allow consolidated licensing to greatly reduce unit compliance expense.Note:All products containing Yttrium, Gadolinium, Erbium and other heavy rare earths belong to dual‑use controlled goods. Alloys without heavy rare‑earth elements do not require dual‑use export license.
4. Quality Documents
CNAS‑validated COA, MSDS, REACH supporting documents, full purity and impurity test reports for every batch.
